
About Kate
Kate grew up in Long Island and has been a swimmer and surfer for over 15 years. Kate has worked for the town of East Hampton as an ocean lifeguard for the past 6 years, and has also worked as a junior lifeguard instructor, pool lifeguard, and bay lifeguard.
Kate is currently a student at Stony Brook University, studying Psychology and Music. She also does research at Stony Brook Hospital working in the department of psychiatry. Kate has experience working with children and adolescents of all ages, and also holds experience teaching and instructing children and young adults with developmental disabilities.
Kate is dedicated to fostering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for every swimmer she works with.
