About Liz & the Hamptons Swim Team
Liz Parry, Hamptons Swim Owner & Founder has seen firsthand how essential swimming is not only to this unique beach community but for everyone. Having been an ocean lifeguard and college swimmer with international coaching experience, Liz has a Masters in Special Education and was a classroom teacher for 15 years. Liz has also held a US Swimming Coach certificate and is Red Cross Water Safety and Instruction certified.
Liz is a two time Dan’s Paper Power Women of the East End Honoree, who was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2023. As a contributor to The New York Magazine, featured in Business Traveler, Business Insider, and Disruptor’s Magazine Liz’s swim expertise has led to being a national and international brand influencer.
As a leader in our swim community with over 23 years of experience, Liz has trained the Hamptons Swim team how to meet the unique needs of each swimmer regardless of age, ability, and learning preference. Liz has created her own method taught by Hamptons Swim using the Montessori philosophy, multi-sensory learning, and Play-Based practices. Hamptons Swim believes strongly that every student can achieve their best athletic or recreational goals in the water.
From the basics to overcoming fears or perfecting your stroke, Hampton Swim will assist in making swimming safe and enjoyable. The Hamptons Swim team not only offers in person lessons but has launched a Water Safety ECourse that can be taken at your own pace in the comfort of your home. Above all, Liz & our team are passionate about water safety and aquatics.
Liz offers coaching and consulting services to parents, child-care providers, and swim instructing professionals looking to expand their knowledge or their team expertise surrounding water safety, training, and instruction.

About Emily
Emily is honored to join the Hamptons Swim team as Operations Coordinator. She is a passionate advocate for equipping and empowering individuals, particularly youth. With a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience, Emily is a developer, empathetic listener, includer, and organizer. Having spent years in the non-profit sector, Emily's journey has been marked by roles ranging from travel coordinator and office manager to speaker, educator, and president's assistant. This multifaceted experience has been instrumental in honing her communication and connection skills. Her professional roles as a manager, director, mentor, chaplain, facilitator, and coach have all been geared towards serving and guiding young people. As Emily looks to the future, she remains dedicated to her mission of fostering growth and development in others, utilizing her unique blend of skills, experience, and compassionate leadership to inspire the next generation. Emily holds impressive academic credentials, including a Master of Arts in Higher Education, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation. These qualifications underscore her commitment to continuous learning and her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
About Christina
Christina is thrilled to bring her writing, organizational, and self-sufficient skill set to Hamptons Swim as our Operations Director. She has a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies from the university of Arkansas and over 15 years administrative experience.
