Hamptons Swim is hiring experienced and certified lifeguards! We’re looking for professional, reliable, and safety-minded individuals to work at private pools, beach events, and open water settings across the Hamptons and NYC.

We are hiring pool, open water & ocean certified lifeguards. As a mobile swim company, we are looking for lifeguards who will travel to different locations to work private parties and other events.

​

Pay: $60/hour

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current Lifeguard Certification (Pool and/or Open Water/Ocean)

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies

• Monitor swimmers to ensure safety

• Enforce pool/ocean rules and guidelines

• Maintain a professional and attentive presence at private events

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.

• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.

• Perform rescues and administer first aid as necessary.

• Previous lifeguard experience required
