Inessa is a Red Cross certified Lifeguard and YMCA Swim Instructor with 6 years of swim instruction experience. With an educational background in Exercise Science and Mathematics she loves sports, teaching sports, specifically the concept of learning through play. She has participated and instructed in many different sports including football and track and field. In 2018 while recovering from a knee injury sustained during football she was temporarily prevented from engaging in dry land sports and training. During this time she became passionate about aquatics and teaching swimming. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for aquatics and teaching people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
